- Replenish bottling supplies
- Report to work at scheduled starting time

Prep Production Supervisor
Day Shift
Reserve, LA 70084
Overview: Manage the production process in a manner that optimizes work flow and efficiency in order to meet production goals and profitability objectives of the company.
Duties:
- Oversee plant prep department
- Ensure operational consistency through the use of training and the development of SOPs
- Coordinate work with operations staff
- Meet needs and demands of daily production processes
- Maximize quality of product, efficiency of production, production rates and minimize down time
- Conduct annual performance reviews and implement discipline as required
- Schedule and conduct meetings with other department heads
- Ensure GMP requirements and all plant policies and procedures are implemented and followed
- Communicate production performance to Plant Manager
- Maximize plant efficiencies through teamwork and innovation
- Carry out directives from the Plant Manager
- Request and schedule maintenance on departmental equipment
- Manage inventory and placing orders
- Plan, assign, schedule, and review the department work staff
- Must exhibit dependability, communication, self-motivation and professional demeanor
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements: Demonstrate supervisory experience in production or manufacturing firm.
Demonstrate leadership, interpersonal skills and organizational abilities.
Possess computer proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power point, and Outlook.

Preparation Department
Night Shift

Overview: Preparation Department employees are responsible for daily operations of equipment to produce high quality food products. Team members are expected to take an active role in the areas of safety, quality and productivity. Good communication, interpersonal and team building skills are essential.
Duties:
- Set up and operates power and manual machines
- Perform basic repairs when needed
- Must be able to follow a batch formula, in accordance to proper scaling of ingredients, following proper mixing instructions
- Identify out of code perishable ingredients
- Read and comprehend production documents, such as batch formulas
- Load and feed ingredients, as well as other supplies into machines
- Monitor a variety of functions and responds to problems as needed
- Provide sanitary assessment and cleaning of area assigned
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs to set-up and process production
- Understand safety procedures
- Fill out batch formulas and productions sheets
- Insure that product meets quality standards
- Perform other duties as assigned

Quality Control Lab Technician
Night Shift
Reserve, LA 70084
Overview: Conduct Quality Assurance testing of products and production assuring company standards are maintained and product integrity is preserved. Consult with management to resolve quality, production, and efficiency problems.
Duties:
- Perform bulk raw material testing to ensure that bulk raw materials are within specification ranges.
- Perform bulk product testing to ensure that bulk products are within specification ranges.
- Monitor packaging lines for GMP compliance.
- Perform packaging line inspections to verify correct packaging components, labeling and lot codes.
- Collect finished product samples according to GMP requirements and company policies.
- Completion of appropriate paperwork.
- Ensure a clean and safe work area.
- May be required to work overtime as needed (may be on short notice).
- Must be able to work any shift as assigned or needed.
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements: Dependability, teamwork and good communication skills a must along with good math skills and good attention to details.
